Amaia Land expands mid-rise condo portfolio

Amaia Land Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, has further expanded its condominium portfolio with the groundbreaking of another mid-rise condo project in Novaliches, Quezon City as the company’s latest affordable mid-rise.

Loreene Fabi, Amaia Land sales and marketing head, said they new development is Amaia Steps at The Junction Place Estate, part of its newest pocket urban development in Quezon City. “It is our a latest affordable mid-rise condominium in Metro-Manila,” said Fabi.


The ground breaking ceremony marked the start of construction for the project’s first building named Aria, which is set to be completed in 4th quarter of 2022. “All units in Aria have been sold out, an accomplishment that attests to Amaia Steps’ excellent sales track record across all its projects nationwide,” he said.
