Comedian Ogie Diaz and Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz recently reacted to different memes of them relating to weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz, who ended the 97-year Olympic drought for the Philippines winning a gold medal.

Apparently, many were quick to note how the surname Diaz always makes history for the Philippines.
Note that if Hidilyn is the first Filipino who bagged the gold medal at the Olympics, Gloria is the first Pinay who snatched the Miss Universe crown.
But the former beauty queen-turned-actress noted: “I am the LANGAW na nakatungtong sa kalabaw! (smiling face with hearts emojis) congrats HIDILYN.”
On YouTube, Ogie teased he's the "unang bakla sa showbiz na may dire-diretsyong limang anak na babae."

He also shared his two cents to the meme where his face was edited unto Hidilyn's body.
Viral din," he wrote on Facebook.
Baklang-bakla yung salitang “bonggang-bongga,” hahaha! Imadyinin ninyo kung ipinanganak na ako nung 1969 eh di back to back kami ng first Ms. Universe Gloria Diaz."
