Usec. Atty. Benjo Santos Benavidez of the Labor Relations Social Protection and Policy Support Cluster will help us understand labor education for a balanced work ecosystem in the “Oh Isyu” segment of the top-rating show "Oh My Job!" on Saturday, July 24.

Under the law, labor education refers to “the teaching of basic knowledge on labor rights and other skills relating to negotiation, fostering smooth interpersonal relations in the workplace, and mechanisms for redress of grievances and other concerns.

This helps companies to achieve a win-win situation, balancing the rights and privileges of the employers and employees for a healthy work ecosystem.

Arnell Ignacio, Tuesday Niu and Bea Binene lead us into the other segments that are both informative and entertaining.

Meanwhile, in the “Tips.Work” segment, motivational speaker Jonathan Yabut will talk about “Building Self-Confidence at the Workplace.”

As a bonus, job vacancies on “Oh My Jobs Dito” segment will also be announced.

The show is capped by Arnell’s Tip Of Da Week” segment, where he talks about borrowing and lending money in the workplace.

These and more with the power trio tandem of Oh My Job!, aired every Saturday at 1 to 2 p.m. aired simultaneously on GMA News TV and DZBB 594 Super Radyo. Participate by calling hotlines 83731705 or 87090340.
