Typhoon "Fabian" left the Philippine area of responsibility around 11 p.m., Friday, July 23.

As of 4 a.m., the center of the eye of typhoon Fabian was estimated at 640 kilometers north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.

Typhoon Fabian slightly weakened as it is about to leave the country's area of responsibility.

PAGASA estimated the center of the eye of typhoon Fabian at 560 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes around 10 p.m. and will likely leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in the next three to six hours.

Fabian is currently packing maximum sustained winds of 140 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph while moving north-northwest at 10 kph.

PAGASA lifted Signal No. 1 in Babuyan Islands as typhoon "Fabian" (international name "In-fa") traverses the southern islands of Japan.

However, Signal No. 1 remains hoisted over Batanes as the area may continue to experience rains and gusty winds due to Fabian.

In its 5 p.m. bulletin issued on Friday, PAGASA estimated the center of the eye of typhoon "Fabian" at 540 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes around 4 p.m.

It maintained its maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving west-northwest at 10 kph. It will likely leave the Philippine area of responsibility within the day.

The center of the eye of typhoon Fabian was estimated at 530 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.

It has maintained its maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving north at 10 kph.

It will further intensify in the next few hours and reach its peak intensity of 150-155 kph.

PAGASA said the location of the center of the eye of typhoon Fabian was estimated at 510 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes around 4 a.m.

It has maintained its maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving west-northwest slowly.

PAGASA said Fabian may reach its peak intensity of 155-165 kph within the day.

The typhoon “Fabian” (international name “In-fa”) continued to move slowly over the waters off Batanes on Thursday, July 22.

The state weather bureau estimated the center of the eye of the typhoon at 515 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes as of 10 p.m.

It still packed a maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving northwestward slowly.

Tropical cyclone wind signal number 1 remains hoisted over Batanes and Babuyan Islands as typhoon “Fabian” (international name “In-fa”) continued to move slowly over the Philippine Sea.

PAGASA estimated the center of the eye of Fabian at 505 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes as of 4 p.m.

The typhoon maintained its strength at maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving westward slowly.

Typhoon “Fabian” (international name “In-fa”) maintained its strength while moving slowly off the coast of Batanes.

PAGASA estimated the center of the eye of Fabian at 525 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes as of 10 a.m.

It maintained its strength packing a maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph, while slowly moving west southwestward.

The Batanes and Babuyan Islands remain under tropical cyclone wind signal number 1 as typhoon “Fabian” (international name “In-fa”) maintained its strength on Thursday, July 22.

PAGASA estimated the center of Fabian at 530 kilometers (km) Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes as of 4 a.m.

It still packed a maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph while moving West Southwestward at 10 kph.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands were placed under tropical cyclone wind signal number 1 due to the anticipated direct effect of typhoon "Fabian."

As of 10 p.m., the center of the eye of typhoon Fabian was estimated at 575 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes while it maintained its maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph.

It is moving southwest at 15 kph.

The center of the eye of the typhoon was located at 655 kilometers (km) northeast of Itbayat, Batanes around 4 p.m.

Aside from Fabian, tropical depression Cempaka also continues to enhance the effect of the southwest monsoon.

Cempaka was at 1,145 km west of extreme northern Luzon or outside the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday afternoon.

It has further intensified and is now packing maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph.

Meanwhile, a severe tropical storm with an international name "Cempaka" was located at 1,065 km west-northwest of extreme northern Luzon or outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

Both weather disturbances continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, triggering light to moderate with occasional heavy rains over several parts of the country.

PAGASA estimated the center of the eye of Fabian at 740 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes around 4 a.m.

It has maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph while moving west-southwest at 10 kph.

Aside from Fabian, PAGASA said a severe tropical storm with an international name "Cempaka" also helps enhance the southwest monsoon.

"Cempaka" remains outside the Philippine area of responsibility or about 1,030 km west of extreme northern Luzon as of Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, a tropical storm with international Cempaka was estimated at 950 km west of extreme northern Luzon or outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

PAGASA said both tropical cyclones are enhancing the southwest monsoon or "habagat" that is bringing rains over several parts of the country.

Meanwhile, Cempaka was at 945 km west of extreme northern Luzon or outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

It has reached the severe tropical storm category packing maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 115 kph.

PAGASA also continues to monitor a tropical storm with the international name "Cempaka." It is outside the Philippine area of responsibility or at 840 km west-northwest of extreme northern Luzon.

Fabian and a tropical depression located at 900 km west of extreme northern Luzon, or outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon or "habagat" in the coming days.

Aside from Fabian, a tropical depression located at 830 km west of extreme northern Luzon or outside the Philippine area of responsibility will also enhance the southwest monsoon.

PAGASA estimated the center of Fabian at 1,095 kilometers (km) east-northeast of extreme northern Luzon. It has slightly intensified with maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph.

Meanwhile, the tropical depression west of Luzon was estimated at 770 km west of Basco, Batanes on Sunday afternoon.

Both weather systems may continue to enhance the habagat and induce monsoon rains in the coming days.

PAGASA estimated the location of Fabian at 1,110 kilometers east of extreme northern Luzon.

It has maintained its maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph but PAGASA said the cyclone may intensify into a tropical storm within six to 12 hours, and into a typhoon by Tuesday, July 20.
