Over 26,000 anti-coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccines have been flown to Tacloban City in Leyte by the Philippine Airlines (PAL).


PAL Spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said the plane arrived at Daniel Romualdez Airport in Tacloban early morning Monday, July 19.
The shipment contained a total of 26,574 vaccines.
The jabs are broken down as follows: 24,240 doses from Janssen Pharmaceuticals; 1,504 from Sinovac Biotech Ltd., and 830 from AstraZeneca.
