Introducing Cebu’s best lechon baka

 ‘Dampa,’ but make it fancy

Hilton Manila’s award-winning Kusina Sea Kitchens restaurant recently re-opened its doors to diners with a fresh and exciting new take on Filipino, Western, and Asian favorites served in a Market Place or dampa-style format to ensure all guests of a worry-free dining experience.

Known for its wide selection of both traditional Filipino and international dishes, Kusina delights guests with a heightened Dampa grill station offering a variety of fresh seafood and other meat choices cooked a la minute to the guest’s request. From there, guests may ‘hop on over’ to the Japanese station serving succulent and sustainably-sourced sashimi and sushi, the fan-favorite carvery with US beef on premium nights, pork and Chinese items on offer, mouth-watering laksa or beef pho at the noodles station, fresh and crisp salad choices and fruit slices from the sustainable garden and playfully vibrant and decadent sweets at the dessert station among other well-curated culinary ensembles masterfully prepared by executive chef Benoit Chargy and his team.   

The restaurant also features a signature live station during the weekend Premium Nights with themed cuisine varying from one visit to the next—a taste of Italy on one night, the kitchens of the Mainland on another, the rich spices of the Mediterranean on yet another, etc..

Kusina is open nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. serving a ‘Premium’ dinner buffet at ₱2,350 net per person on Saturdays and Sundays, and ₱2,050 net from Mondays to Fridays.

Classes are limited to 10 to 12 participants per class to ensure that each attendee receives the appropriate amount of guidance, except for Saab’s class, which is open to the public.
