The 2021 Real Estate Asia Awards recognized Bria Homes in in two categories: “Affordable Housing Developer of the Year” and “Open Space Development of the Year”. The awards affirmed that BRIA Homes is an industry leader, having raised the bar in quality and affordability in its 50 plus housing projects across the country.

For this year, awardees were chosen by industry experts from all over Asia.
