Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano thanked former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino for serving the country well.
Rubiano said the people of Pasay City join the family of the former president in praying for the eternal repose of his soul.
She thanked Aquino for serving the country well as President and for all the help he has extended to the city during his presidency.
The flag in front of the City Hall was ordered by Rubiano to be flown at half-staff.
"Rest in Peace Pnoy!" Rubiano said.
