This may be the plea that was made by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to President Duterte as it recommended that the wearing of face shields continue to be mandatory in public transport, hospitals, and other enclosed spaces. Duterte had earlier been reported to prefer the wearing of face shields only in hospitals.
