Las Pinas students, teachers to get cash aid for internet connectivity

The Las Pinas City government released on Friday, June 18, the financial assistance for the internet connectivity of students and teachers amounting to P2,000 and P1,000, respectively.

The city government started the distribution of P2,000 financial assistance to a total of 2,514 students and P1,000 to 84 teachers of the city-run university, Dr. Filemeon C. Aguilar Memorial College.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the assistance would help the teachers and students pay for their internet connection.

Aguilar said the city government is continuing to support the students and teachers of the city-run university under the blended learning program.
