Bangsamoro allocates P75-M for construction of 3 municipal halls in Tawi Tawi


The Bangsamoro government has announced the construction of three new municipal halls for the towns of Simunul, Tandubas, and Sapa Sapa in Tawi Tawi Province.

Ministry of Interior and Local Government officials led by Atty. Naguib Sinarimbo travelled to Tawi Tawi last Saturday to spearhead groundbreaking ceremonies for the projects.

The Bangsamoro has allocated a total of P75-million to construct the three structures, envisioned to become a landmark in their respective towns.

The projects will be implemented through the MInistry of Interior and Local Government.

Sources said structures will highlight the culture of the province's residents and complement the natural beauty of the area.

Plans for the construction of the structures have been completed and are ready for implementation.

The ceremony was attended by Bangsamoro provincial, regional and city directors, and program heads who travelled to Tawi Tawi for the activity.

The MILG group held a Management Committee meeting in the afternoon to review the implementation of programs under their department.
