The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has started to relax some restrictions in the National Capital Region (NCR)-Plus, and has also approved the free movement of fully vaccinated seniors in areas where general community quarantine (GCQ) and moderate general community quarantine (MGCQ) have been declared.

This, as vaccination rollout goes full blast in most parts of the country, with the arrival of over three million doses of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccines on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
