Pokémon fans are in for a treat as the Pokémon Company International and Nintendo announced the release dates for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus games.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl are set to launch on November 10 while Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on January 28 next year.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, the remake of original releases (Diamond and Pearl versions) on the Nintendo DS system in 2006, will be available on Nintendo Switch which features almost the same storyline that revolves around the connection between legendary Pokémons Dialga and Palkia as well as the exploration in the Sinnoh region.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus, on the other hand, brings a different action for a role-playing game (RPG) set in an open-world environment with the retention of the classic move set for duels against wild Pokémon or trainers.

There were no many details regarding the plot for the latest Pokémon game except it obviously will tackle the relevance of Arceus in the Pokémon folklore.

Unlike the classic generation picks, Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Oshawott for the user's Pokémon starter. All three came from different regions and generations.

If the release date pushes through, it is reported that this will likely make Nintendo's first major release of 2022.
