In an interview with DZMM, Abalos said she went to the NBI on Monday to seek help from the agency.

“Binigay po niya po sa amin ang full support (He gave us his full support),” Abalos said, adding that around 50 members of the agency will help in the investigation.

Abalos, however, said that she cannot yet disclose any details of the investigation.

The mayor, meanwhile, warned city and health officials that they will not only be sacked but will face charges if they are found to be involved in the alleged selling of vaccine slots.

Abalos said the city also conducts reshuffling in vaccination sites to prevent the occurrence of any illegal activities.
