UDM college students to receive P2,000 stipend for April, May


More than 8,000 college students of the Universidad de Manila (UDM) will receive an allowance for the months of April and May, 2021.

Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno'' Domagoso and Manila Vice Mayor Maria Sheilah "Honey" Lacuna-Pangan signed on Monday (May 17) the payroll for the monthly allowance of the 8,336 college students.

A total of P16,801,000.00 have been allocated for the allowance and each student will receive P2,000 each for the months of April and May.

The college students who will receive the allowance are from the College of Health Sciences, College of Business, College of Criminal Justice, College of Engineering and Tech, College of Art and Sciences, College of Education, and various colleges.

Under the City of Manila's amelioration program, each student will receive P1,000 per month.
