Manila gov't begins vaccination of A2, A3 groups with Pfizer


Manila City's elderly people and those with comorbidities can now get the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on Tuesday (May 18).

The city government has deployed 900 Pfizer vaccines at the Manila Prince Hotel located in Ermita, Manila.

The vaccines will be available to members of the A1, A2, and A3 Priority Groups.

Other vaccination sites in the nation's capital have ongoing vaccinations using Sinovac's CoronaVac and AstraZeneca vaccines.

The City of Manila, through the Manila Health Department (MHD) and its six district hospitals, has deployed a total of 194,665 vaccine doses for the A1, A2, and A3 priority groups, as of Monday (May 17).
