Sales in April this year jumped 24,322 percent versus 4,396 units from only 18 units sold in April 2020.

However, when compared sales in the previous month (April versus March), sales dipped 13 percent to 4,496 units from 5,193 units sold in March last year.

AVID President Maria Fe Perez-Agudo called the new sales figure encouraging.

“They say you cannot emerge from challenging times untransformed. With these encouraging figures, I say we at AVID have boldly transformed ourselves and have become even better at what we do, which is to provide our customers an end-to-end mobility experience that best suits the needs of the times,” she said.
