In an interview with DZRH, Domagoso said the mayors already want to “elevate or escalate the priority listing.”

“Pag uusapan namin yung ni-lo-lobby ng mga mayors na kung pwede mag bakuna sa A4, eto yung workers o nag ta-trabaho so bukas pag uusapan (We will talk about what the mayors have been lobbying which is to start the vaccination of the A4 group),” Fomagosa said.

Domagoso said he has been coordinating with four malls in Manila which can be used as a vaccination site once the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) allows the mayors proposal to start the insolation of A4 group.

The malls which the city aims to use as a vaccination site are the Lucky Chinatown Mall, SM Manila, SM Lazaro, and Robinsons Manila, the mayor said.
