Filipinos, particularly those in the National Capital Region (NCR)-Plus Bubble, continue to take a cautious approach at returning to a more normal life as the number of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases continues to go down.

As such, focus has shifted to the country’s vaccination program with various steps being undertaken to speed up inoculation in a bid to achieve herd immunity before the end of the year.
