With the arrival of huge volumes of vaccines in recent days, government officials expect to move on to the inoculation of economic frontliners and those in the A4 classification next month, and are now looking forward to herd immunity being achievable by yearend.

Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso (right) leads the inspection on Friday, May 14, at the Manila Prince Hotel on San Marcelino Street in Ermita, Manila, where the city’s 19th vaccination site will be established. Also with Domagoso during the inspection are Manila Health Department Chief Arnold Pangan, City Engineer Armand Andres, City Architect Pepito D. Balmores, and Manila Prince Hotel Liaison Officer Marvin Kim Tan.
