Gov. Daniel R. Fernando signed an executive order declaring May 10 each year as “Araw ng Paglingap ng Iglesia Ni Cristo” or “Humanity Day of the Iglesia Ni Cristo” in the province of Bulacan.

“Bilang pagkilala po sa mga naiambag at patuloy na ibinabahagi ng ating kapatiran sa INC sa ikabubuti ng lipunan, lalo na sa lalawigan ng Bulacan, atin pong bibigyang halaga ang nasabing araw bilang kapanganakan ng kanilang dakilang tagapagtatag na si Ministrong Tagapagpaganap Felix Y. Manalo,” (In recognition of the contribution and the continuing help of our INC brotherhood to the welfare of society, particularly in Bulacan, we’ll give importance to the birth of their great founder Minister Felix V. Manalo),” said Fernando.

The cited the role of the INC during the short program dubbed “Iglesia Ni Cristo Lingap Sa Mamamayan ng Lalawigan ng Bulacan” held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos a few days ago.

Fernando signed the Executive Order No. 17 Series of 2021 on April 30, 2021, declaring May 10 as INC’s humanity day.

As part of its social responsibility during the pandemic, INC provided 4,000 food packs to be distributed to the Bulakenyos. It aims to lessen the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The INC has been lending a hand since the COVID-19 virus attacked the humanity. It opened the doors of the Philippine Arena in Bocaue to make it a temporary quarantine and treatment facility.

Aside from spreading the Gospel since it was founded on July 27, 1914, INC has been the partner of the government in its unwavering service to the people.
