Pasay City LGU aims to finish distribution of ECQ cash aid before Mother’s Day

The Pasay City government said it aims to finish the distribution of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) cash aid to its remaining beneficiaries before Mother’s Day (May 9).

The Pasay City government said it aims to finish the distribution of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) cash aid to its remaining beneficiaries before Mother’s Day (May 9).

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said only 2,000 beneficiaries have not yet received their cash aid.

Rubiano said all barangays must submit a certification to the City Treasurer’s Office by May 8 (Saturday) stating that they no longer have remaining claimants.

On May 6, the city was able to distribute cash aid to more than 4,000 residents coming from Barangays 183, 201, and 51.
