Singer-actor Jon "King Badger" Gutierrez was eager to prove his wife, sexy actress-model Jelai Andres, wrong on her claim that he's addicted to illegal drugs.
On his recent vlog, the Kapuso artist shared a recent drug test he took to "prove" he's "clean."
"So yun on the way na kami sa Crame para sa aking drug test. Hindi ko alam kung ilang oras ang result pero sana on the day din. I know I'm gonna be negative anyway so I'm only doing this to prove myself that I'm clean," he said.
The member of Ex Battalion also showed the test result.
"So ayun guys, nakita niyo naman ang result - negative ako sa shabu and negative din ako sa marijuana! I only did it to clear myself. Gusto ko lang i-clear yung sarili ko sa mga tao kasi sobrang lala na sabihin na adik ako," he said.
"Hindi ako adik. Magkaiba ang adik sa dating nag try," he noted. "I'm not gonna lie to you guys, nag try ako mag smoke, half of the time nasa US ako kasi legal ang mag smoke sa US."
According to him, though he did try to smoke, he can't be labeled as an addict.
"Hindi ako adik. Hindi ako naging adik kasi ang adik hindi nakaka stop sa ginagawa nila kasi nga sila ay addicted to doing that thing -- which is yun nga yung smoke. Pero ako I was never addicted to that sh*t. I am clean. Both negative," he reiterated.
King Badger also tackled the issue on his Twitter account.
He wrote, "Nung sinabihan ako ng ADIK halos lahat ng batikos is about me being addicted to drugs? Ngayong napatunayan kong hinde ako ADIK sa drugs babaliktarin ako na hinde yun ang issue? Kesyo '2019 pa daw!' Eh sa ngayon binibitaw sa madla? Mali ba na i-clear sarili ko sa pagiging ADIK?"
"Ang di nyo gets kasi is yung masabihan ka na 'ADIK.' Ang lala kasi nyan dahil sa panahon ngayon pinapatay ang mga adik. Wala akong nililihis na issue, alam ko ang mali ko at matagal na ako humingi ng tawad privately."
Last month, both Jelai and Jon were hot topic on social media after the former “exposed” the latter's alleged cheating.
