Fnatic took a 2-1 reverse sweep over Boom Esports behind Filipino star carry Polo "Raven" Fausto for a breakthrough win in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Season 2-Southeast Asia Upper Division on Wednesday night, April 28.

Raven on his Medusa armed with Aghanim's Scepter went ham in the all-important Game 3 to lift Fnatic to a bounce-back victory after a shocking 2-0 loss at the hands of Execration to start its campaign last week.

With Sange and Yasha, Eye of Skadi, Butterfly and Daedalus on top of the Scepter, the 11K MMR carry racked up seven kills and five assists against a single death to spark Fnatic's come-from-behind triumph in the closing game.

Fnatic was staring at an 11-5 kill score and 3K gold deficit 16 minutes into the game with Randy "Dreamocel" Sapoetra's Morphling and Rafli "Mikoto" Rahman's Sand King making plays for Boom.

Raven turned things around for the squad in black and orange when he took down Dreamocel near the Roshan pit in the 27th minute, resulting in a free Aegis of Immortal and eventually a snowball to victory.

Raven's Gyrocopter paired with Djardel "Dj" Mampusti's Io wreaked havoc in Game 2 as Fnatic tied the series after Boom took Game 1 at the back of Mikoto's perfect Puck game.

Fnatic joined OB x Neon Esports at No. 5 with identical 1-1 records in the eight-team league even as Boom went on a three-way deadlock at No. 2 with Execration and Smart Omega on similar 2-2 slates.

Raven and company will next face Omega on May 5 while Boom will look to rebound against the Carlo "Kuku" Palad-led T1 on Thursday, April 29.
