Taking inspiration from the several community pantries that popped up in Metro Manila and other parts of the country, members of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in Siniloan, Laguna have launched their own version of community pantry to support students and teachers affected by coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
In a Facebook post, the SK members said the ‘Community Pantry for Education’ is packed with school supplies such as pencils, ballpens, notebooks, and envelopes as well as free printing and photocopy services for the students and teachers.

It is true that education is essential, the federation believes that if we continue to work together and be united in one cause, we will attain the bright future we hope for the children even amid the health crisis we are facing),” the group said.
The Community Pantry for Education was located in front of Siniloan Integrated National High School in Siniloan, Laguna.
