Tropical storm ‘Bising’ exits PAR


Tropical storm “Bising has left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Sunday morning, April 25, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its official Twitter page, the state weather agency announced that the tropical cyclone has exited PAR at 5:40 a.m.

PAGASA said the final severe weather bulletin for the cyclone will be issued at 11 a.m. Sunday.

As of 3 a.m., Bising had a maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph, while moving east southeastward at 25 kph.

In its 4 a.m. weather update, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
