When it comes to personal data and security, Microgenesis Business Systems, Panasonic’s partner, assures its client of the safe and protected handling of data of their system. “Consumer data is a big differentiator among organizations. Currently, there are 36 Service Centers which are trained to fulfill the after-sales services for the kiosks nationwide. As Panasonic expands this 2021, they are eyeing 20 more service centers to answer and give immediate attention regarding any issues.

“We have a one-year warranty for parts and labor upon installation of the kiosk. We also have a three level support system for After Sales Customer Service. Via phone, on-site support, factory support.
