Announced earlier today during Apple’s “Spring Loaded” event, the lauded M1 chips finally make their way into iMacs, now with vibrant colors.
These new iMacs have 24-inch, 4.5K Retina displays with massive redesigns. It’s now, of course, thinner and sleeker. The “chin” beneath the display is still there though, and it kind of sucks that Apple just wants you to ignore or appreciate it, instead of opting for a slimmer bezels and a bigger screen size.
With colorful iMacs come color Magic Keyboard and mouse. Nothing much has changed beyond the color schemes. Though the higher-end version of iMac has a Magic Keyboard supports TouchID, a first in this lineup.
The Apple’s own M1 chips were a huge success and lauded in the tech world for its performance. It’s exciting to see what these chips can do in a more powerful machine. Should we get one, we’ll let you know soon!
