True Smokey Mountain fans know how these two multi-hyphenated artists are quite close, but in a recent media conference with Viva Artist Agency, Jeffrey Hidalgo made their fans gush.
Asked about a possible relationship with Geneva, Jeffrey happily said: "I'm not closing any doors... pero platonic talaga kami eh... pero open kami sa pelikula! Sabi ko nga sa kanya: 'gawa tayong pelikula! Ang daming kinikilig sa atin eh.'"
The "General Admission" director was fully aware how their fans ship them everytime they're seen together on social media.
"Yun yung isa sa.. kami nga ni Geneva hindi namin alam kung matutuwa kami or magiging open kami...I remember noong nag-Boracay kami ni Geneva para na kaming ginawang loveteam ng mga fans namin," he added.
Jeffrey was also kind enough to admit once more that they did have some dating history.
"Inaamin ko naman, nanligaw ako sa kanya! noong highschool ako kaya nga siya yung grad ball ko kaso basted ako kasi si Raymart ata yung boyfriend niya nun."
Now that Jeffrey's with Viva once more, he admits that he is looking forward to acting, singing but highlights his love for directing.
"Iniisip ko nga eh sana magkaroon ng film or musical play na Smokey Mountain songs yung tinutugtog eh, that would be my dream," he shared.
