DITO Telecommunity Expands Coverage to Luzon


The country’s third major telco player DITO Telecommunity announced the expansion of their connectivity services to twenty-one (21) more cities starting today, 16 April 2021. Initially available to fifteen (15) selected cities in the Visayas and Mindanao during its commercial launch last 08 March 2021, DITO services are now available in the following cities:

  2. Compostela (Cebu)
  3. Cordova (Cebu)
  4. Malvar (Batangas)
  5. Tanauan (Batangas)
  6. Lipa City (Batangas)
  7. Santo Tomas (Batangas)
  8. Silang (Cavite)
  9. Tagaytay City (Cavite
  10. Los Banos (Laguna)
  11. Calamba (Laguna)
  12. Baliuag (Bulacan)
  13. Palayan (Nueva Ecija)
  14. Santa Rosa (Nueva Ecija)
  15. Science City of Munoz (Nueva Ecija)
  16. Talavera (Nueva Ecija)
  17. Cabanatuan City (Nueva Ecija)
  18. Tarlac City (Tarlac)
  19. Capas (Tarlac)
  20. Concepcion (Tarlac)
  21. Gerona (Tarlac)

“We are very excited to announce that in just a few weeks after our commercial launch in Cebu and Davao, more Filipinos can now experience stronger and reliable connectivity with DITO’s Luzon expansion,” according to Atty. Adel Tamano, the Chief Administrative Officer of DITO.

Atty. Tamano mentioned that included in the DITO expansion are the provinces of Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Cebu, and General Santos; and that DITO SIM cards are now available in more than 300-partner stores, and will soon be available in three (03) DITO-owned stores in Cebu and Davao.

“In line with DITO’s expansion of commercial operations, we have also launched a new promo to get more and more Filipinos to experience the true difference of DITO. We are currently offering our subscribers 25GB High-Speed Data for PHP 199 valid for 30-days. With this value-for-money promo, Filipino subscribers can also enjoy unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls and texts, call waiting, call forwarding, video over LTE, and unlimited texts and 300 mins calls to other mobile networks,” Atty. Tamano added.

The telco’s Chief Administrative Officers reiterated what was said during the commercial launch that the successful launch of DITO Telecommunity is an example of how cooperation, and active collaboration of government and private corporations, is key to bring about true recovery led by advancements in the realm of communications and connectivity.
