Actress-singer Sharon Cuneta has prayed for the safety of Filipinos during the pandemic.
On Instagram April 6, Sharon said that she is praying for the exhausted frontlines, the poor and hungry, the jobless, the sick and families who have lost their loved ones.
But she was devastated following a report that the Philippines topped again among Asian nations with the most number of COVID-19 cases based on the pictograph she shared on IG.
"Ano na baaaaaaaaaaaa???!!!!!! NUMBER 1 tayo!!! Pero sa di magaling! Praying for us all - especially for our exhausted frontliners, the poor and hungry, the jobless, the sick, families of those who have lost their loved ones.
"Also for those na matitigas ang ulo at ayaw sumunod sa rules, ilang opisyal na inuuna sariling bulsa kesa sa taong bayan. God bless and have mercy on the Philippines," said Cuneta.
