The E-Pray program will provide pray over and counseling to patients with COVID-19.

Fr. Luciano Felloni of the Diocese of Novaliches Communications Ministry said that the project aims to reach and help those who are sick amid the community quarantine.

"Since we are not allowed in the hospital and isolation centers, and many people with COVID are in need of prayers, we thought of organizing a hotline where people can call for pray over and a priest will call back to the patient either by phone or messenger,” he told church-run Radio Veritas on Tuesday, April 6.

Felloni said 35 priests and one bishop have so far volunteered in the program.

“These are nationwide, one from New York and we have priest in Tarlac, Pampanga, in Negros, Bicol, and in Metro Manila in different diocese and congregation," he said.

"If a person calls or sent a message in the messenger, they just have to leave the name of the patient, contact number, and the priest will call and message you, and will arrange a call and will pray over the patient,” added Felloni.

Those who want to request a pray over may send a message via the messenger of the E-Pray DioNova Facebook page or send a text message to 0995 041-7199 with your name, contact number, and messenger of the patient.
