After the death of basketball legend Kobe Bryant in January of 2020, his memorabilia surged in price. In fact, over 65,000 items—such as cards, jerseys, photographs, shoes, balls, among others—signed by the Black Mamba flooded eBay and had their values skyrocket from several thousands to millions of dollars. Currently, a Bryant-autographed “three-peat” championship jersey No. 8 is being sold for $90,000 or P4.3 million.

On eBay, however, there are many items signed by the NBA star that has to be screened for authenticity. For less hassle and peace of mind, fans, collectors, and traders can check other trusted online auctions that offer verified items the legend has left. And Leon Exchange XIX, the 19th edition online auction by León Gallery, is one of them.

Precious Kobe Bryant collectibles that were certified by the great Jean-Marc Leynet, the number one expert in the sale of sports objects in France for more than three decades now, will be up for bidding on April 10, 2021, the second day of the three-day online auction.

A fellow of the auctioneers Drouot, a large auction house in Paris, “Leynet emerged as an authoritative figure in the field of art and collectibles on sports and related memorabilia.” Thus, you can bid as much as you want for the signed Kobe Bryant full-size color photos, legendary No. 8 LA Lakers, and model basketball jerseys without any doubt or hesitation.

But not only that, there are other valuable sports souvenirs signed by other NBA Hall of Famers that have been issued with a certificate of authenticity by Leynet. The list includes a unique Larry Bird basketball jersey model autographed by no other than USA Dream Team big three Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, and Michael Jordan. And speaking of MJ, who wouldn’t want to own a reissue and replica of his training jerseys and colored photos in full size with “His Airness” signature.

Signed framed pictures by female tennis stars Steffi Graf, Maria Sharapova, Martina Hingis, and Justine Henin, plus Formula 1 racer Ayrton Senna are also up for auction.

To view the catalog of these athletes’ signed souvenirs, register at Leon Exchange is known for one-of-a-kind finds such as artworks, jewelry, furniture, ephemera among others. Its prized collections will be up for online bidding only on April 9, 10, and 11, 2021 starting 11 a.m.
