Julia Montes recently gave inspiring words on how an individual can transform the world that's related to International Women's Month.
"Every day is a battle for justice, equality, and human kindness. With everything that is happening in the world right now, it's easy to sometimes resort to crudeness and harsh words as our defense. But I believe that if we take a second before we speak, before we reply, before we negatively react, always think!," Montes said.
"Let's just be intentional with kindness, because little by little, we can cultivate a culture of compassion and gentleness."
According to Montes, the gentle words suit the influence and the platform that she has, that she does her best to communicate her thoughts in the most loving way she can.
"I'm trying my best to choose my words wisely, how I say it, how to say it to them, how I would feel if those words were said to me," she said.
"Words can be our powerful weapon and somebody's source of strength and encouragement. A little kindness in our words can ripple to a world of positivity and people who build each other up.
Montes reiterated that no act is too big or too small to create a positive transformation.
