Vista Residences builds Kizuna Heights condo on Taft Avenue with Japanese partner

The Philippines and Japan have always enjoyed a good relationship. High-level engagements between Japanese and Filipino officials over the past years further expanded and deepened bilateral relations.

These engagements have resulted in achieving one of the goals of friendship, which is the cooperation of both countries in terms of infrastructural developments and economic ties.

The close ties between the two countries also extend to the private sector with many Philippine and Japanese companies actively doing business together such as in the fields of manufacturing, science and technology, import and exports, and even in real estate development.

The real estate industry in the Philippines continues to attract a number of foreign investors. The rising demand even amid the COVID-19 pandemic encouraged different companies to forge partnerships to build homes that appeal to investors and end-users.

With this, Vista Residences, the condominium development arm of top home builder Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., has teamed up with Japanese real estate developer Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. (MEC) to develop a condominium project in Taft Avenue in Manila. It will be called Kizuna Heights and will cater to students and young professionals.

“Vista Land is excited to present our first Japanese-inspired condominium property in Manila in collaboration with our joint venture partner MEC. This condo will cater to university students and young professionals who want an upgraded lifestyle. We want our homebuyers to be able to balance their purpose and passion while enjoying the convenience of city living,” says Vista Land President and Chief Executive Officer Manuel Paolo Villar.

Being Vista Residences’ fourth condo development along Taft Avenue, this project is a manifestation of the company’s success in providing urban living to their investors. Its first project is Vista Taft, followed by Vista GL Taft and Plumeria Heights, all located along Taft Avenue.

Kizuna Heights reflects the growing bond between the Philippines and Japan through its joint-venture partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. Its name Kizuna is a Japanese term, which means bond or connection between two people. This condo in Manila is proof of the long-standing friendship, mutual respect, and camaraderie between the two nations that has spanned over six decades.

Future residents can experience the warm condo living vibe of Japan at the historic and premium area of Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila. It is located just a few minutes away from universities such as De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde, and St. Scholastica’s College.

Heading to different areas of the metro is made convenient as Kizuna Heights is just a three-minute walk away from LRT 1–Vito Cruz Station.

At Kizuna Heights, residents will experience a Japanese-style condo living where they can find their “Ikigai” – a combination of the Japanese words “iki,” which translates to “life,” and “gai”, which is used to describe value or worth. It is a Japanese way of life that promises happiness, sense of purpose, meaning, and motivation.  The Ikigai lifestyle is about achieving a delicate balance between pursuing one’s life and professional goals, staying on top of your game, living the life you've always dreamed of with the people you love, and giving back to the community that helped you achieve your aspirations.

The condo features a gym where residents can have their exercise.

Condo living can be different from the usual with Kizuna Heights’s Ikigai lifestyle. Students who are just at the corners of the University Belt can pursue their professional goals while having a delicate balance between their passion and personal lives.

Residents can live a beautiful life, and build good memories with their loved ones with Vista Residences as the project offers studio and one-bedroom condo units, which are perfect for students, young Filipino professionals, and overseas Filipino workers.

The lobby area of Kizuna Heights is inviting to the senses.

It is also built with Vista Residences’ standard amenities such as swimming pool, gym, and function hall, which residents can utilize anytime – perfect for the ones who are looking for modern Japanese-styled interiors. These features are carefully designed, centered on form and function, larger common areas for comfort, and outdoor spaces that would allow the residents to enjoy the balance between work, school, rest and recreation.

For those interested in investing in condos this 2021, Vista Residences has ready-for-occupancy condo units and pre-selling condominium projects in Manila and Quezon City that are within inner-city areas and in close proximity to universities and business districts.
