Mariel Rodriguez lost 42 lbs and here’s how!

Having trouble sticking to or choosing a weight-loss diet system? Take a look at Mariel Rodriguez’s latest vlog, because this might be it!

In her recent vlog titled “How I lost 42lbs” Mariel detailed her fitness journey.

According to Mariel, she started at 197 lbs in December going down to 155 lbs as of today.

“At my heaviest, I was 197 lbs. Uulitin ko po, almost 200 lbs. Today, ano na po ako, 155 lbs! So I already lost a total of 42 lbs,” said Mariel.

What’s the diet you ask?

Well she enlisted the help of US-certified nutritionist and chef Nadine Tengco who also serves the likes of Anne Curtis, Iza Calzado and KC Concepcion.

A US certified diet, exercise and applying what she calls “portion control” were key, as Mariel explained, “The main thing here is ‘yung mindset mo. It’s all about portioning… Remember that portion control is the key.”
