Fans of the hit ’90s show “Friends” have good reason to rejoice with one of the stars of the show, David Schwimmer, confirming work on their much-awaited reunion is to proceed as planned this April.
“Oh, it’s happening,” David told SiriusXM on Wednesday, March 3.
“Actually, in a little over a month, I’m heading out to LA. We figured out a way to film it safely, and there’s going to be a portion of it that we film outside because of, you know, for safety protocols.”
HBO head Casey Bloys said very much the same thing in an interview with USA Today.
He confirmed that we would see all six stars “reunite in person for a one-off TV event.”
While no release date has been confirmed, it’s more than a given we will have a “Friends” reunion and soon.
