Glaiza de Castro couldn't help but express disappointment over the "stress" that her "hacked" credit card has been given her.

The newly-engaged star even called out the said bank on her Twitter account.

"Una, na hack ang IG, tapos Facebook, tapos credit card. Hay. @HSB anuna," she wrote.

According to the 33-year-old singer-actress, her account was hacked in October last year, and yet the case is still ongoing.

She noted how then she immediately reported about it.

"Nag send ako ng dispute form, nag submit ng mga necessary documents and kept following up, until now di pa rin na re-resolve," she shared.

Glaiza said that up until now, the two "unauthorized transactions" kept reflecting on her billing statement.

"And they had to re investigate daw kasi yung unang report, liable daw ako. Paano?"

The seasoned star admitted the unfortunate incident is such a burden that it's making her so worked up.

"May naka experience na ba nito sa inyo? Anong naging results?," she asked her followers. "Tagal ko na sa HSBC, ngayon lang nagka issue na ganito. Yoko na poh."
