PDEA Eastern Office Team officer Mary Arguelles identified the suspects as Argel Ignacio, 25, of Baguio City; David Eje, 43, of Laguna; and Amelita Presto, 58, also of Laguna.

The PDEA agents confiscated 600 grams of shabu with a street value of P4,080,000 at around 6:10 p.m. after the suspects transacted with an undercover anti-narcotics operative at the Riverbank pathway in Barangay Barangka.

Aside from the illegal drugs, the PDEA operatives also confiscated several cellular phones, identification cards and boodle money used for the transaction.

Ignacio, Eje and Prestor are now facing non-bailable cases.

The operation was carried out with proper coordination with the Marikina City police.
