Bruno Mars to release new album after five years


After five years, American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars is ready to release a new album!


"We locked in and made an album. The band’s called Silk Sonic. First song drops next Friday 3/5," said Bruno on his various social media platforms Feb. 26.

Bruno's last album was the critically acclaimed "24K" CD which was released in Nov. 2016.


The same album has received accolades from various award-giving bodies. It won six Grammys, including album of the year, in 2017.


"24K" is his third album which spawned the hit songs "24K," "That's What I Like," and "Versace On The Floor."


In 2010, Bruno debuted with the album "Doo-Wops and Hooligans." Two years later, his CD "Unorthodox Jukebox" went to No. 1.
