2 suspected ‘salvage’ victims found in Batangas


CAMP VICENTE LIM, Canlubang, Laguna – The bodies of a man and woman suspected to be summary execution or “salvage” victims were discovered in Barangay Natipunan, Nasugbu, Batangas Sunday.

The remains were discovered by Green Lift Security Agency security guard Jude Malay at 2:15 p.m. and bore bullet wounds.

They have not been identified as of posting time.

The man was wearing a black T-shirt, six-pocket brown shorts, and had on his back tattoos of “Boyong Reyes,” “Boy Negro,” “Jhie,” and the face of Jesus Christ.

On the other hand, the female was wearing a white T-shirt, denim pants, black rubber shoes, a Gucci tattoo on her back, and blindfolded.

Police found three empty bullet shells near the victims.

The Nasugbo police homicide division is reviewing closed circuit television camera footages in the barangay and neighboring barangays.

Police are still determining the identities of the suspects as well as the motive for the murder.
