Veteran TV host Willie Revillame could still remember how actor-musician Randy Santiago became his "guardian angel" when he was just starting in show business.
Revillame said Santiago hired him as a sidekick in the now defunct noontime show "Lunch Date"from 1986 to 1993.
Prior to the noontime show, in one of their early gigs abroad, Revillame revealed he borrowed clothes from Santiago .
"Sa totoo lang napakabait," said Revillame when Santiago made a recent guest appearance on "Wowowin: Tutok To Win."
Revillame added" Nu'ng tumutugtog kami, siyempre mahirap lang ako, lahat ng damit ko hinihiram ko sa kanya."
Santiago replied: "Kita mo naman ngayon, 'di ba grabe, Willie Revillame na."
