Epy Quizon is to breathe life to Zhul, an old Boazanian robotic scientist specializing in the designs and creations of powerful Beast Fighters in the upcoming "Voltes V: Legacy."
In an interview, the seasoned actor admitted the gig is "unique" for him because "Voltes V" is a huge part of his childhood.
"Nilalaro ko 'yung 'Voltes V,'" he said. "...To be part of the 'Voltes V: Legacy' is really, not just an honor, but it's really... bumalik 'yung pagkabata ko."
Epy also applauded the graphics of the live-action adaptation of the popular Japanese anime.
"When I saw the trailer hindi ko naisip na gawa dito. Like 'Ha, Filipino 'yun? Wow ang galing ng Filipino artists. World-class Filipino effect artist!'"
