On her recent vlog, she recalled the "bad experience" she had in not one but two separate stores in Paris and Taiwan.
Relating to her Paris experience she shared, "This happened mga three years ago or four years ago... I went in sa isang Chanel store, and I asked about the classic Chanel Flap.
"Pumasok ako tapos nagtanong ako sa isang sales associate if may mga available na mga classic Flap bags. Tiningnan niya 'ko from head to toe, tapos hindi niya ako pinansin. Medyo napahiya ako. Ginawa ko na lang, umalis na lang ako."
Some two years ago, the same "traumatizing" experience happened in Taiwan.
"Pumunta ako sa isang Chanel store kasi gusto ko naman bumili ng wallet at sunglasses... Pinapakita ko sa isang sales associate 'yung pictures ng gusto ko tapos hindi man lang niya tiningnan 'yung phone ko. Tapos dinaandaanan lang niya ako, wala namang tao nun," she said.
Since then, she decided to rely on resellers or personal shoppers.
