The three-day celebration commemorates Biñan’s 11th cityhood anniversary, its 76th Liberation Anniversary on February 3, and its 274th Founding Anniversary on February 4.

This year’s lineup of activities includes a concert, dance competition, choral festival, and film viewing. All activities will be live-streamed in the official Facebook pages of the Biñan City Culture, History, Arts and Tourism Office, and the Biñan City Information Office.

Mayor Arman Dimaguila said the number of COVID-19 cases in the city is already declining. The local government unit had earlier announced the allotment of P150 million for the procurement of COVID-19 vaccines.
