Man under parole arrested by Pasay City police

A 23-year-old man who is under parole was rearrested for violating the conditions of his parole on Sunday.

Police identified the suspect as Samuel Badinas, of Cut-Cut Bridge Pildera 2, Barangay 194, Pasay City.

Badinas was arrested at about 10:30 a.m. while walking along NAIA Road, Barangay 194, Pasay City.

Badinas was arrested by the police who were armed with an order of arrest and commitment issued by Reynaldo Bayang, Executive Secretary of the Board of Pardons and Parole.

The order of arrest and commitment against Badinas was issued following his violations of the conditions of his parole on not to change his/her residence without first obtaining the approval of the Regional Director, Parole and Probation Administration and his failure  to report twice a month during the first year and thereafter once a month unless otherwise reduced or modified by his/her supervisor.

Badinas is now confined at the Pasay City police custodial facility.
