The Professional Regulation Commission on Thursday announced the rescheduling of the February, 2021, Licensure Examination for Real Estate Consultants to July, 2021.
"Due to the unpredictable circumstances and continued restrictions brought by the extended community quarantines and to ensure the health and safety of all examinees and examination personnel, the Professional Regulation Commission informs the public that the February 14, 2021 (written) and February 15-19, 2021 (revalida) Licensure Examination for Real Estate Consultants (LEREC) has been rescheduled to July 21, 2021 (written) and July 22-26, 2021 (revalida)," said PRC in a Facebook post.
The commission said application for the said licensure examination will start on April 21, 2021 until June 21, 2021.

On Wednesday, the PRC also announced that the February 27 to 28, 2021 Licensure Examinations for Mechanical Engineers and Certified Plant Mechanics have been rescheduled to August 15 to 16, 2021.
Earlier this month, the PRC also announced the rescheduling of the January 29 and 31, 2021 Licensure Examination for Architects to June 25 and 27, 2021.
The commission also cited the unpredictable circumstances, the continued restrictions brought by the extended community quarantines, and the health and safety of all examinees and examination personnel as reasons for the rescheduling.
