NBI Deputy Director Ferdinand Lavin confirmed this as he assured that the investigation of the case is still ongoing.

Dacera was found unconscious in the bath tub of Room 2209 of City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati City last Jan. 1.

She was rushed to the Makati Medical Center (MMC) but was declared dead on arrival.

It was learned that Dacera and her group of friends who were celebrating the new year at the hotel were also mingling with another group at Room 2207.

“The 13 persons all from Room 2207,” Lavin said.

Among them, 12 have already submitted themselves to drug testing.

Lavin has yet to reveal the results of the drug tests.

Earlier, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said the NBI will also have the mobile phones of all persons of interest in the case subjected to forensic examination.

Guevarra also disclosed the NBI has already finished its forensic examination of the remains of Dacera.

However, the NBI has yet to reveal what those results are.
