In life, difficulties season the human spirit, which is awakened to excel despite all odds. This is so true, as I have personally witnessed latent skills surfacing and excelling. Today, let me share some food feats for everyone’s enjoyment. These are just a few that truly merit mentioning.

There is never anything left when this baked macaroni from a very rich and tasty recipe is served. You will understand what I mean when you try it. Recently, I was given two trays and I planned to share them with other members of the family, but when it was served to just six of us at home, the first tray was not enough.
