GENERAL SANTOS CITY- The school where alleged rape-slay victim Christine Dacera graduated from elementary and high school are mourning the death of its alumna, who was described by her former teachers and classmates as “beautiful and brilliant”.

In a statement, The Heritage Academy of the Philippines located in Baragay San isidro said that its management, faculty and students were saddened by the sudden demise of Christine Anglica Dacera, who was fondly called as Tine or Ica by her classmates and teachers in elementary and high school.

“We have just lost a wonderful person, but her memories will live in our hearts as long as we live,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker and South Cotabato second district Rep. Ferdinand Hernandez called on the authorities to get to the bottom of the incident to bring justice to the victim’s family.
Hernandez said the victim’s mother, Sharon Dacera, who hails from Norala, South Cotabato, sought his assistance to help in the immediate resolution of the case.
